Phoenix FM Show August 28, 2010It's not about property in the slightest. More a mix of local news, issues and politics and the things that matter to Brentwood (or should). Hear this Friday's Phoenix FM show again here http://www.mediafire.com/?bjdkzi257nhu8bb David Miles of the Essex FSB, a passionate Green Belt campaigner, was my guest... We talked Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, 99p shops, Brentwood parking issues and the controversy of the local green belt. Next Friday it's Dan Attfield of Affinity Wills with advice on providing for your departure (so to speak) and his brush with Panorama recently. The Month August 26, 2010New to Brentwood we may be but new estate agents we are not. Russell Quirk has been selling property for eleven years and his family have been estate agents in Essex since 1957. Russell has lived in Brentwood since 1990 and his local knowledge and contacts are proving very valuable. This experience, coupled with a massive advertising exposure, genuine accesibility at times that YOU want and a fair and competitive fee structure, all combined to result in a very busy August indeed. Whilst others complain 'how quiet things are' Russell Quirk & Co listed 16 new properties for sale and did four property deals in their first month of operation. We're rather looking forward to September.
Selling? August 24, 2010Many are saying how quiet the property market is, particularly during holiday time as upon us right now. But despite that we are busy. Viewings are being booked, valuations carried out, new properties coming to the market and offers made. In the past few days we have sold a two bedroom cottage in Crescent Road and a three bedroom town house at Clements Park and have LET a four bedroom character house in Cornsland. Our biggest issue is that we are constantly in need of more properties to show to our rapidly growing buyer audience, many of whom have sold their rown homes or are living in temporary accomodation whilst they look. The Russell Quirk approach of genuine accessibility at all hours and our subscriptions to the biggest portfolio of property portals of any Brentwood estate agent is really working. If you are thinking of selling your property or indeed are trying to without success, give me a call. Actions speak louder than words.
